8 Weeks: FVRC-P #1
                  FELV/FIV COMBO
                  FELV#1

12 Weeks: FVRC-P #2
                  FELV #2 not due for 1 year

16 Weeks: FVRCP #3 not due for 1 year
                  Rabies 1 year

Puppy vaccination protocol:

8 Weeks: DHPP no lepto #1

12 Weeks: DHPP #2 no lepto only for small breeds
                  DHLP-P #2 lepto ok for large breeds

16 Weeks: DHLP-P #3 not due for 1 year
                  Rabies 1 year
                  Start heartworm prevention

12 Months: Heartworm test
